Ansbach University of Applied Sciences has a broad range of expertise in the fields of technology - business - media. With its application-oriented knowledge, it addresses current issues in business and society and provides an innovative impetus for the region.
Ansbach University of Applied Sciences, OTH Amberg-Weiden and Hof University of Applied Sciences have the authority to confer doctoral degrees. This development opens doors for aspiring young researchers to pursue a PhD in the field of “Resource Efficiency and Digitalization”. Additionally, there is the possibility of collaborative doctoral programs with German or international universities on a case-by-case basis. Presently, Ansbach University of Applied Sciences oversees the academic progress of approximately 50 doctoral candidates across its three faculties. There is also a cooperation with Universidad Politécnica de València for academic exchange and joint projects.
