At the Ohm, we’re focused on the future.

In the fourth quarter of 2022, the ten strategic key topics that structured the research conducted at the Technische Hochschule Nürnberg were reviewed and redeveloped into future-oriented research themes under consideration of the EU research strategy, the BMBF’s Future Research and Innovation Strategy, and the Free State of Bavaria’s HighTech Strategy. The research themes focus the Ohm’s national and international research profile and provide a foundation that enable increased efficiency and competitive positioning, improved internal networking and regular exchange within the thematic areas, and a synergistic effect.
