The University of Applied Sciences Neu-Ulm (HNU) is an international business school for innovation, sustainable entrepreneurship and digital transformation. At its three faculties of Business and Economics, Information Management and Health Management and the Centre for Postgraduate Studies, applied research, practice-oriented teaching and innovative transfer of knowledge is carried out in close cooperation with partners from business and society.

Research Profile and Cross-sectional Topics

With a focus on innovations initiated by digitization, research at HNU addresses the challenges of tomorrow in companies and society in intensive cooperation in practice. The research activities concentrate on the four central research fields of Health, Mobility & Logistics, Business Models & Entrepreneurship, Markets & Media as well as on the cross-sectional topic of transformation management in a total of 7 research laboratories. Key drivers in the cross-sectional area are ethics and sustainability, optimization of business processes, data analytics and internationalization.
